well its netball season! haha NETBALL SEASON. lol i have tanned marks alrdy but.. its all FKING WORTH IT HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. why am i in such a good mood.. haha hmm i wonder why. maybe its coz im still not over the incredible won my team had over temasek secondary? LOL. ok apparently one of their players visit my blog so i wont be too complacent about it but to be praised for my performance despite their defeat, i supposed this girl has sportsmanship in her so i think im able to gloat out loud about the match. sorry. hahaha

well weeks before, i went for the daisy tan carnival and the main 7 played all 7 matches. it was a really screwed up day coz we were winning those we werent suppose to win, losing those that we ought to win and lost the ones that we thought we alrdy won at the last 5 mins but everything went wrong in the end.

commonwealth sec 11-1. lost
hwa chong intl 16-3. won
hillgrove 16-4. won
north vista 10-4. lost
punggol sec 11-7. lost
crescent girls 13-3. won
east spring 8-7. lost

quite crappy results. didnt expect ourselves to do well at all for the upcoming east zone. eileen shared the same thoughts too and expected us to lose every single match we were going to play lol. but the twist of events is very much enjoyable coz for the first match of the tournament, coincidently it was with my dearest friend mann and i wanted it to be as friendly as possible. it was as i didnt retort much during the match and played my own game as much as possible and dont allowing myself to be affected by umpire's decisions and opponent's conduct. all for dear mann. haha but some stuff are unevitable la

after the match eileen was very pissed with her gk as she felt that yee loo was too aggresive and keep pushing her. i understand that but i know how yee loo plays her game so i didnt say much. but that match was great. it was a good fight from both teams. honestly chung cheng didnt play to their most ability that day but im sure they could have won it if they did. but not degrading my team in the process, they did an awesome job too that day with hafizah and nadiah safe guarding our post. the defense was really tight thx to them. attack side got some screwed up moments which im glad was amended on the temasek match.. alot.

well chung cheng led for two quarters and bv kept fighting on.. leading to our first win with a scoreline of 22-16. =) good job girls! chung cheng team was very glamorous in their defeat and im glad im friends with most of them. you guys jia you for the remaining ones k. and of coz.. that day i had a HUGE BOOST. hahahaha because.. the two man of my life currently appeared to give me a plus ten to my strength, my agility and my intelligence so that i will play well. haha as so they proclaim. yea darren and de rong came! my third man which is jason never came but its ok. i dont expect jason they all to come anyway..

haha those two were really sweet. i was just sitting around then wiwin gave me a 7-up and i was like "so nice ah you?" then she said it was the two guys sitting there that gave it to u and my body went all fuzzy again as i got reminded of the angels and mortals game we played in church where gifts turned up unexpectedly in front of you. haha i love u guys and thx for coming. greatly appreciated =)

that day i had a great dinner with eileen, marr, try and boon. had so much laughs as usual and until 9 plus. so i reached home, bath and all and went out again to meet de rong and darren. we rotted at my playground i think. haha we always do. then we had some of the most simple yet delicious dinner ever. we sat at katong mall, the spot where i used to always hang out with joseph and the rest.. we ate cup noodles BUT with canned tuna and pork. hahaha it was nice ok! then we talk alot of shit until 1 plus where jem joined us at my playground again. love you guys

haha then the next day cell was awesome. so much fun coz jason and alicia joined us! haha no more threesome cell of me, sheena and serena again. lol jason ure an idiot still. well whatever it is im glad to have all this people in my life and after cell we had our usual pigging out sessions which means we cook prata and eat it with all sorts of nonsense. like nutella, honey, cheese and did we have garlic? haha oh we had ice cream on top! haha yea.. then we all went to parkway

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOVIN! sorry we all didnt know about it. you have a blessed life ahead okay! ate swensens with michelle. then had lots of roaring moments with jason pms-ing on us. then 3 girls and a pig went off to my void deck where we saw my family one by one at different intervals. best part was when my dad came and gave my ten bucks to buy my friends a drink which i pocketed it immediately mwahaha.

sunday was crazy. day spent with darren and jem and de rong as usual. this time was more crazy coz dunstan and his bro dillon was with us. we ate bak kut teh! so nice. then was the best anad highlight of the day was the awesome durian puffs. gosh it melts in your mouth.. and the brothers and jem went to lan while me, darren and de rong had the most bizarre idea of doing work in the library. haha i tried but it didnt work coz i didnt know how to do my a maths so i gave up. time passed quickly then and de rong was really into his laptop in completing his work.

then when we were done, we went back to smokers paradise to meet jem they all who were lanning and de rong went off home to do his stuff. nerd! then we lan until 10 plus and i realised i need to get back coz i have school the next day.. haha.. i met up with them in the beach at 5am the next day. they ton the whole night. that night i was in my house watching the man u match which pissed me off greatly that they lost. but its ok.. im a good loser so forget about it. so that means i slept at 2am , and woke up at 4.30 am to meet jem and darren. two hours for the whole day where i had temasek in the afternoon!

haha it was crazy but i love the challenge. the thing was i had the best bus trip i ever had in years. darren fetched me to school and it was really crowded and all and there was this guy playing promiscuous girl by nelly furtado and he got really pissed as his a rocker kind of guy and that type of music is definitely not to pleasing to his ears. hahahaha and he went berserk. in the bus he shouted.. "will you please shut that fucking music up?" and everyone was staring at him and i was covering my face.

then again.. he shouted it coz the guy hasnt realised darren was referring to him. darren kept scolding out loud and it was hilarious but the guy didnt stop. then there was this chinese song sang by some act cute singer and it drove him nuts. he was like.."rachel. call my handphone. now" then i was laughing and i just call la. then a underoath screamo song came out and darren raised his phone up to compete with the guy and i couldnt stop laughing as everyone was staring at him. then i quickly hang up and tell darren to forget about it

haha and other stuff la that was damn embarrassing. but it kept me awake. then school went on as normal and i slept in chemistry lesson. my first this year. lol.. anyways that morning i had a big scolding from mr shah and he wanted me and some others to stay back after school till 6 for not attending this ngee ann poly thing then i was so distraught that my face was black the whole day as i walked around looking for mdm yani and haida to plead for me to let mr shah make me go for the temasek match. then during recess i gathered as much courage as possible to call mr shah and apologise. i didnt dare coz he was pretty fierce that morning.

and i talked to ms deepa too while being apologetic and yes! they allowed me to go but i have to stay back another day to make up for it. whatever it is, im GLAD i had gone for the match. i played my best and im sure my team did too. it was 9-4 to temasek in the first half i think, then 12-8 to temasek for second quarter, then of coz the best comeback quarter 17-15 to temasek and the third quarter and the deciding and most kan cheong one ever, 23-22 to bedok view. WHOOHOO! i was still caught in a daze when the whistle was blown as i didnt know what it meant. then i saw mdm yani and the rest screaming thats when i realised we won!

haha awesome feeling. the most amazing one ever. some of them cried after winning the match, i just yelled in truimp like some dude that fought the world war 2 and finally its over. haha.. everyone was really happy. the temasek match was very eventful coz apparently the ah-lian ness in me came out once again. i hurled abit of vulgarities and yelled throughout the whole game to encourage my team coz temasek was being really cocky by going " come on girls! its OUR game. its OUR game. dont lose this. " and i was retorting out loud saying " COME ONE BEDOK VIEW. ITS OUR GAME. ITS BEDOK VIEW'S GAME. WE WONT LOSE THIS" coz its anyone's game! what makes them so sure temasek will win it?

then there was a brawl between aisyah and her gd then i kinda was pissed about as i witnessed the whole thing. so i stood up for her when aisyah said it out. haha it was 2v1 on the gd who looked like this basketballer. then the game turned pretty ra - ra so i decided to step up my game. i never liked body contact in a netball game coz its a bit disgusting as two players sweat mix together and all and its eew where certain odour can be smelt hahaha. but i heck it la at third quarter. i defended my player so tight that i didnt care if her boobs were touching my back. glad it paid off =)

i looked at the score and i was sitting down with hafizah and nadiah during the 4th quarter break and i asked them.. "nadiah. how? two points. you think we can?" and she answered back immediately "can..". haha that was all i needed. someone who feels like fighting. and im sure everyone else was also gonna give it all out. and so we chiong all the way. hafizah and her gs was just yelling throughout the whole match cheering for their respective teams which was hilarious. i clenched my fist each time we scored. it was so close that the two ball lead was maintained all the way to the last 5 mins where it became one goal lead. then i intercepted a ball outside our semi circle and passed it to aisyah where she brought us to a draw with temasek.

then it was their centre pass and i was so afraid that the vicious cycle was going to be played and so our team really needed to get the ball from the opponent. then welly did the honours and grabbed the ball from her opponent and passed to me and i bring it to eileen where she did the finishing blow of putting us in a lead, the first time in the whole game, into 23-22. awesome stuff. then we defended our lead as much as possible and hooray! temasek was left disappointed and some of them cried. but bv couldnt care less as we won and we all certainly had a smile throughout the bus ride and back to school.

me: WHOO! WE WON. ahahaha! eh.. come to think of it ah.. we are quite a bunch of assholes.
nadiah: why? (hafizah listening too)
me: put ourselves in their position now. if lets say we have been leading for 3 quarters, leading an average of 4 goals per quarter and then suddenly losing without a hint at the last goal by one freaking point. wouldnt we feel like complete f*ckers now?
hafizah: oh.. ya hor..
me: so that means..
hafizah and me: THEY FEEL LIKE COMPLETE F*CKERS NOW HAHAHAHAHA

ok we are NOT turning complacent. we are NOT turning cocky. its just that we are happy that we put up a good fight. and temasek crumbling at the last moment showed that they should have never underestimated us. even though bedok view doesnt sound as intimidating as tkgs and anglican, im sure whatever it is, we shouldnt be thrown off. well we will fight on and haha.. good day to all! meeting sheena for dinner now. ciao
