i have decided to blog! haha many events happened, don't know which one to begin with.
ok first up, CAREER SEMINAR!
it was pretty much a bore and the "not so high" heels i wore gave me two frigging blisters on that very morning when im not even done 5 minutes wearing it as i was running around looking for the cab serena is in that is supposed to pick me up. darn it.
but can la, i already know that i wanna be a deejay so thats good enouugh. but im seriously afraid that im not up to the challenge on being a deejay as speaking on air can get really freaky at times, say, you get throat infection out of talking to a mike for too long. ya, woes of a deejay.
anyways we cam-whored all the way as its not everyday you get to look so office-y in your everyday life as a 16 year old right! mummy keeps saying i look like im going clubbing which i violently objects as it means that all this while i have been wearing office-y clothes to clubbing! mothers.

in short, i had lots of fun. will update the photos we took for harry potter too! must wait for serena mah. serena and i sleep for like ten minutes of the show la. haha dont know why sia! its pretty boring and in the words of Austen Campbell, "ITS A BLOODY SOAP OPERA FOR 2 HOURS LA". haha i love him and i love 4e1!

next i have alot of homework due. but i lazy to do. anyways, congrats to GRACE KE! Grace has finally found a Chinese boy to like (haha nola im not racist) but i like to joke about it. HOWEVER, its not the guy i hoped it would be. i wanted it to be her childhood bestfriend! GO GAIUS GO! whoever you are, GO GO GO!
oh oh ballet under the stars! xin yi and ama, you make kick ass cookies sia! haha i shall have a showdown with you guys. i don't mind paying for your cookies if its ever on sale too. i had so much fun that night too cause it was a lovely night and the performance was really good. i really enjoyed it and im glad that xinyi has exposed me to this genre of dance which i always had a stereotypical image of it being simply slow, boring and too standard at times. but i was really wrong and it takes so much effort in adding perfection to that elegant dance and im glad to be aable to witness it. go next year too!
with my lovely ladies, xiangluan, rach, michelle, serena, xin yi and ama, we conquered the land with our huge ass mat, to much annoyance of other people envying our massive space to even stretch out our legs, haha it was a great night and one to remember! my chicken wings were nice hor! made from love! serena's sandwiches were surprisingly good as there were no eggshells in heer egg sandwich, drinks were plentiful and chips were brought! jelly was wonderful therefore GOOD JOB GIRLS! haha photos uploaded when serena does.

oh ya to my dearest boy boy, i know things have been tough between us. we have alot of misunderstandings about each other many things have happened and we ahd a rough first month. but im glad we never fail to talk it out and i really appreciate you for always being my man, standing by me throughout all and to let me know you are not going to let me go just like that.
our fights can get pretty ugly at times, with us yelling at each other and sometimes in public, with us totally ignoring each other for and getting angry despite the fact that i was about to cook chicken wings for you, with us not undertstanding what each other is trying to say and refusing to take a step down, with me walking off as i cannot take the angst and you grabbing me back, refusing to let me just walk off, boy i love you. i love the sweet little things you say to me everyday. i love the little surprises you create to make me happy or forgive you. i love the way you try to make me happy even though the plan backfires sometimes as it was wrongly done, i still love you for trying.

yay! today p.e. was on soccer and i had alot of fun. despite the fact that there were two severe casualties, (yeon ju and elizabeth that had a similar way of getting injured which is having the ball rammed into their face), all was good. I DAMN ANGRY WITH KAR WAI LA. kau he so desperately wanted to score and keep kicking the ball against yeon ju's leg cause the ball is caught in between the deadlock of her as the goalkeeper and him as a desperate scorer. she's a lady after all yet he so rough on her, kicking her shin and left a swollen mark. GRRRR..
anyways debate was good. yea it was. one thing is for sure though, that being a the first speaker of the opposition is NERVE WRECKING. being on stage to host an event in front of the whole school was not as terrifying as a panel of judges scrutinising your every movement and giving a grade of it. SHEESH. and the thing is i had to make an impromptu rebuttal right on that spot! haha i can do that well everyday but not when people are watching though.. i also was the only one who spoke without my own notes. haiyoo so scary.

haha after playing lan with darren and jeremy last saturday, we were making our way home during the wee hours of the night, 1am i think. and jem suddenly decided to hail a cab cause he wanted to bring me somewhere. i of cause was shocked la so i just hopped onto the cab. his attempts to blindfold me was foiled cause he thinks its too outdated liao so throughout the cab ride he was contemplating.
its pretty funny though cause i knew he was gonna take me to his house after all and yea "surprise surprise!", i winded up waiting for my surprise to come at his swimming pool. so there while waiting for him to prepare, this time round i was really blindfolded alrdy and wondering why is there a sudden surprise going on and then i realised.. "OH SHIT IS HE CELEBRATING OUR FIRST MONTH NOW? OH SHIT OH SHIT OH SHIT".
you see.. we got together on the 3rd of june. at 1.34am, so it was technically a Sunday. and last Saturday happened to be the last Saturday of the month and so his thinking that we are going to celebrate our anniversary on every last Saturdays of every month. which was NOT what i was thinking of. so im totally caught off that night as my own surprise was not say exactly completed alrdy and prepared for the 3rd so i started to feel the guilt.
then he came out and while i was still blind, i asked "err jem.. are we celebrating our first month now?" and he was like, "huh? ah wait. its not time yet." and i was like.. OH SHIT HIS WAITING FOR IT TO BE 1.34 AM. and then he accidentally bang his guitar to a chair and when i said "haha guitar!", he went on cursing cause thats part of the surprise.
and then he sang collide to me. =)
when i take off my blindfold, in front of me was a bouquet of tissue rose that he made and a adidas bag. i was stunned cause im damn scared to know what it was. and YES it was, the same orange jacket with blue stripes that i saw in the cathay with him and how i really liked it. and YES, its over a hundred bucks and i couldnt stop screaming at him for buying me such an extravagent gift. what he doesnt know is that the one i wanted was with black stripes. hahaha! but its the same. i love it and i love him =)
it was really sweet of him for preparing all those stuff for our first month and i am really touched by his actions. but im confident of my own gift too that will not be too shabby because its the best i made so far and alot of damn effort ok. a span of 2 weeks u know have been placed in it! haha not exactly la but still can.
i folded 134 paper hearts, 37 of them made out of bus tickets which is the best i can find and out of contributions from my friends. i mass messaged people to find them for me yet haha most of them saw tickets lying around but they always go "IM SORRY RACHEL" and flee from the sight of it as they are afraid people will think of them as weirdos to pick up tickets from the floor. haha.. i love you guys. thanks to xin yi, xiangluan, grace, michelle, serena and jem himself for the contributions!
and so the rest is out of graph paper. HAHA easier to cut out mah! exact le, 2.8 width and 5.7 length in cm. mwahaha. i pasted construction paper all over this big ass red board and pasted the hearts onto it, forming another huge ass heart. bought cotton wool and paste it all over as a frame. now i have alot of cotton wool left as i underestimated the power of one big roll. dip some of them in red watery paint and started writing sweet stuff on them.
next would be im make jelly! sudden urge. haha so i just give them to him la. shapes of hearts of cause, but first i had to find the templates for it. sadly, THERE ISNT. so not making in those shapes lor. and i bought this huge ass milk bottle to stuff all the random sweets inside, so to have a fatty boyfriend grow fatter. mwahaha voila. im contented with what i have. i win ur adidas jacket lor! hahahaha nola.
